Security – Maintenance – Peace of Mind

Ice & Fire’s WordPress Site Care Package is a website management and security plan aimed at those who do not have the time to continuously check their sites to see if there are updates that need to be applied to their themes or plugins, regardless of where the sites are hosted.

The vast majority of websites that become compromised were running outdated software, be it WordPress itself or other plugins or themes. Having a maintenance package ensures you stay updated. An added bonus is that if an update causes issues with your site, we can investigate and resolve the issue for you. If it cannot be resolved in a timely manner, we will restore your site using the latest backup until the conflict can be resolved.

Basically, our plan lets you stop worrying about your website. We do that for you!

More Than Just Updates

Yes, there are many ways to keep your website software updated, and a lot of companies that will do this for you. However, at Ice & Fire, if a plugin or theme update causes issues with your site, we will do our best to troubleshoot and fix the problem. If we cannot fix it, we will roll your site back to the previous state while we continue to research the issue.

This usually would cost you extra, but not here.

Security Checklist

We analyze your current security implementation and either give you a high five, or make suggestions. If you don’t have software in place, we will install and configure our tools for you.

Already have issues? We can clean things up before we proceed with adding your site into our system. Again, no extra cost.

Oh yeah – we also run at least four security scans per month on your site to ensure it is healthy.

Uptime Monitoring

We get notifications any time your site goes down, and we notify you of these outages. We also include your uptime in our monthly reports so you can see how awesome your current host is ( or isn’t ) on a month to month basis.

We investigate any outages, and when it is a site issue, we find the problem and report to you with our findings, usually after we fix it.
